The electro-permanent magnet chuck controller is an intelligent controller to realize the fast charging and demagnetizing operation of the electro-permanent magnet chuck. Performance characteristics:
(1) After standby or successful charging and demagnetization, the power supply of the controller is cut off from the main circuit and there is no output.
(2) It has the function of over-current protection. When the current is too high due to the abnormal disk, the electro-permanent magnet chuck controller automatically cuts off the output, and the panel indicator lights flashing alternately red and green alarm.
(3) It has the function of indicating undercurrent.
(4) Input voltage is 380V, output DC is 170V, save power transformer.

_Charging and demagnetizing actions are started along the rising edge.
_It can be used in two ways (i.e. load connected with double coil disk) or single way (i.e. load connected with 1 or 3 terminals is effective, at this time, the red wire of terminal 2 can be used as insulation treatment).
