It is widely used in demagnetization of magnetic products, workpieces and devices (such as bearings, gears, dies, automotive parts) after mechanical processing.
The demagnetizer cooperates with the roller conveyor, which has higher efficiency, more convenient operation and adjustable conveying speed in a certain range, ensuring the safety of operation and demagnetization effect.
2. Characteristics:
The demagnetizer has reasonable magnetic circuit parameters, low power consumption, power saving function of demagnetizer tape, which increases the durability of the product, saves energy, and has good magnetic induction and demagnetization effect in demagnetization area.
Demagnetizer with leakage protector has higher operation safety.
There are small light indication, external alarm light indication and demagnetizer working status is obvious.
